Maryland Day Weekend 2012
Come to Historic London Town and Gardens during Maryland Day weekend, March 24 and 25, to help us celebrate Maryland's birthday.  We are offering $1 admission during our regular hours this weekend (Saturday, 10:00-4:30 & Sunday, 12:00-4:30).

To see what we're offering on Sunday, March 25, follow this link.

We are particularly excited this season because our new exhibit Discover London Town, will open to the public that weekend.  This engaging, interactive exhibit helps visitors learn about the site's history from 13,000 years ago to today.

On Saturday, March 24 our third garden workshop, The Good, The Bad, and The Untested, will be offered at 10:00am in our Visitor Center.  Alan Summers, formerly president of Carroll Gardens, Inc., has over 30 years experience in gardening and landscape design.  He made Carroll Gardens one of America's preeminent nurseries, having introduced more than 20 new perennials and woody shrubs over the years and reintroduced numerous "lost" cultivars back to American gardeners.  Every Saturday, Alan hosts a call-in gardening forum on WCBM radio - 630AM.  Alan will be giving a lively presentation on The Good, The Bad and The Untested perennials available in today's garden centers.
Free for members
$10 for general public

Come to London Town on Sunday, March 25 to experience the colonial era through military drills, musket fire and hearth cooking, living history in the William Brown House, a multi-media quilt you can help make, and beautiful weather.

His Majesty's Marines, the 84th Regiment of Foot, Hessian Regiment von Huyn, and Artillery Company Battery W will be on site for you to watch drill, fire muskets, and learn from.
