New Website Launches
Historic London Town and Gardens is pleased to announce the launch of its new website.  The website, developed by Clark Topping of Annapolis Web Publishing, includes many new features that are a de rigueur in today's world.  Some exciting features of the new website include a "What's in Bloom" section that highlights the many horticultural treasures at Historic London Town and Gardens, downloadable education packets for school tours, and continually updated Calendar of Events and news items.  In addition to offering visitors basic information about how to visit Historic London Town and Gardens, or how to rent the site for a special event, the "History and Archaeology" section of the website offers in-depth information to individuals interested in learning more about the the history, people, archaeology, and research connected to the colonial and almshouse eras of the property.  As the website matures, additional content, the latest news, and blog items will continually appear, allowing Historic London Town and Gardens and its audience to more fully utilize the dynamic opportunities of the internet.

The website was made possible by a grant from Four Rivers: The Heritage Area of Annapolis, London Town, and South County through funds from the Maryland Heritage Areas Authority, an instrumentality of the State of Maryland. However, the contents and opinions do not necessarily reflect the views or policies of the Maryland Heritage Areas Authority.
