Historic London Town and Gardens is set on a picturesque bluff overlooking the South River, just minutes from Annapolis, Maryland. We offer a variety of year round rental options, designed to best suit your special event. Rental facilities include an elegant Pavilion building, which seats 100 people, and an adjoining covered deck (15' x 21'). A (40' x 40') tent, connected to the covered deck and Pavilion building, is on site April through October. Use of 140 wooden chairs, twenty-one 48" round tables, and eleven 6-foot rectangular tables are also included in the rental packages. There is a large deck overlooking the South River, ample on-site parking, and a kitchen conveniently located in the Pavilion. A variety of beautiful settings in London Town's renowned Ornamental and Woodland Gardens are perfect for photography sessions. If you or your guests would like to arrive by water, there is a 185’ pier on the South River with a 5 ½ -foot depth.
