We can customize and accommodate any additional services that you may require.

 Basic package includes:

• 8 hours of rental time
• Pavilion building and decks
• Surrounding patios and lawn
• River Deck and Ornamental Garden area
• Tables and chairs
• Kitchen
• Holding Room
• On-site parking
• 40’x 40’ white tent with sides, April through October
   

Optional services:

• Wedding/Reception coordinator
• 1 hour rehearsal time
• Additional time
• Costumed docents
• Guided tours of the William Brown House, a National Historic Landmark
• Guided tours of the Historic Area
• Guided tours of the Woodland and Ornamental Gardens
   

Weekday and winter rentals are available. Please phone or e-mail for information.
All packages require a non-refundable $750 security deposit to book the date.
