Photo Shoots at London Town

Are you interested in having a photo shoot at London Town? Are you a professional photographer seeking a beautiful setting for milestone portraits?

Please note that photo shoots are defined as all posed portraiture of individuals or groups by professional or amateur photographers, whether paid or unpaid. Our full photography policy is available online, with key highlights below.

Photo Session Fees

Photo sessions are charged per two-hour block.

During museum hours, Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

$125 for groups of 1–5 people,

$175 for groups of 6–9 people

$250 for groups of 10 or more. Groups over 10 require special approval.

After-hours sessions, offered Tuesdays through Saturdays between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, are $300 per two-hour block.

Additional fees may apply for sessions ending later than 8:00 PM.

Please note that after-hours sessions are currently very limited due to weddings and staffing constraints. While you are welcome to submit a request, availability cannot be guaranteed.

We understand many photographers are seeking golden hour sessions and appreciate your flexibility.

Reservations

Requests for photography sessions must be submitted at least one week in advance for sessions held during museum hours and at least two weeks in advance for sessions held outside of museum hours. Reservations are approved up to four days prior to the requested session date.

All photographers are required to check in at the Visitor Center upon arrival and before capturing any images, unless otherwise instructed.

Photo sessions require a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold the reservation. The deposit is due either two weeks after receiving confirmation and invoice or at the time of booking, whichever is closer to the reservation date.

In the event of inclement weather, photo sessions may be rescheduled and any fees paid will be applied to the new reservation date.

LAS SIGUIENTES REGLAS SE APLICAN A TODAS LAS FOTOGRAFÍAS EN HISTORIC LONDON TOWN AND GARDENS:

El flujo de visitantes y las actividades de London Town no deben bloquearse en ningún momento.
Los invitados, los fotógrafos y su equipo deben permanecer en los caminos; está prohibido caminar en los lechos de plantas o detrás de los lechos de plantas o colocar equipos en ellos.
Las plantas y los contenedores plantados no se pueden mover, reorganizar ni manipular de ninguna manera. No se pueden recoger flores.
Los visitantes no pueden trepar ni colgarse de árboles o elementos arquitectónicos.
La fotografía de retrato dentro de los edificios de nuestra zona histórica debe ser aprobada previamente.
Cualquier uso de equipo eléctrico, incluida la iluminación adicional, debe ser aprobado antes del rodaje. Todos los cordones o alambres deben colocarse y protegerse de manera que no alteren los caminos ni pongan en riesgo a los visitantes.
Los fotógrafos serán responsables de sus acciones y las de los clientes, miembros de la tripulación y modelos si dañan las instalaciones y la propiedad de London Town.
