Cancellation Policy
Historic London Town and Gardens (London Town) reserves the right to cancel, change, or alter any program. We will confirm schedule changes via the email address provided at registration. If the program takes place Wednesday-Sunday, you may also check this website for museum closure information.
Refunds
In the event that you are unable to attend a program for which you have registered, and your request is received by London Town with more than 7 days notice, you will be issued a 75% refund. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, you will forfeit your ticket and its associated cost.
