​With semi-waterfront views, our Multipurpose Room sets the stage for a board or staff retreat, lecture, or workshop. Available during London Town's normal hours of operation, Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm. 
 

Rental Reservation Fee:

• Half Day: $300 ($150 nonprofit) -  3 hours in the morning or afternoon

• Full day: $600 ($300 nonprofit)

• A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking (refunded after your event). Your reservation and cost will be finalized after all details are confirmed with our event staff.

Rental Information:

• We also offer AV capabilities, including screen, projector, microphone, and speakers.

• Tables, chairs, a podium, and linens are also included. 

• Responsible person (18 years of age or older) must register and must be a member of the party for the entire day.

• Alcohol is not permitted in the rental our rentals at this time.

• Max number of people: up to 45*

  • *For meetings and conferences, the Multipurpose Room can be arranged in theater style to hold up to 45 people, or in boardroom style for 25 people.
