10:00am - 4:00pm

Join us at London Town to celebrate 250+ years of women and the work they have done throughout American history. Meet costumed interpreters portraying tradeswomen from the 18th century, see history come alive, and explore how women have found success and innovated within their trades throughout time. This event is included with admission.

Each of the days you will see living history interpreters demonstrating fiber arts, industrials trades, and household skills. Check out who is coming:

​Both Saturday and Sunday:

  • Embroidery, fabric arts

  • Mantua making, fabric arts

  • Laundry, military camp followers

  • Leather working, industrial trades

  • Blacksmithing, industrial trades

  • Broom making, household marketable skills

Saturday only:

  • Lace Making, fabric arts

  • Tape loom weaving, fabric arts

  • Carpentry, industrial trades​

Sunday only:

  • Stay making, fabric arts
